Chapter Two
WE RAN OUT OF ROOM.
Which, as problems go, is the good one.
On 19 June we filled the clinic with about sixty people to mark the end of the expansion. Everyone was invited personally rather than by mailout, which meant the room was full of people we actually know.
Chargrill Charlie’s fed everyone, there was a gifting suite and a prize draw, and the tiramisu did not last the night. Style magazine came along with Kiri Johnston.
What changed
more rooms, and better ones.
The expansion added new surgeries, so there are more appointment times and less waiting for one.
There is now a dedicated Smile Suite for cosmetic consultations and design work, and a private VIP room for longer appointments where you would rather have the space to yourself.
The rest of it was a considered redo of everything you see and sit in. It took a while. It was worth it.

why we did it.
We are growing, and that only happens because people keep choosing us and telling other people about us. The support we have at the moment means a great deal, because it is the thing that makes any of this possible.
Adore started with one question: what would cosmetic dentistry look like if it were built around preserving your natural teeth? A bigger clinic does not change the answer. It just means we can give more people the time that answer takes.
