If you’re thinking about getting in touch, you don’t need to have it all figured out. Most people don’t. A few honest details about what’s bothering you, or what you’d like to change, is more than enough to start.
Your consultation is a relaxed conversation, not a procedure. We’ll listen to what you’d like to change, take a proper look at your smile, and talk you through the options that suit you, always starting with the most conservative, and with honest pricing for each. Every cosmetic treatment carries its own risks and considerations, and we go through the ones relevant to you.
Then you leave with a clear plan, and time to decide. That’s it. You decide in your own time.

Booking a consultation commits you to precisely nothing. Plenty of people take their plan home, think on it for months, and come back when the time is right. Some don’t come back at all, and that’s okay too.
03 | NOT A LECTURE →
However long it’s been, whatever state you think your teeth are in, you’re welcome here. No judgement, just a fresh start.
04 | NOT A CHECK-UP →
A complimentary consultation is about what you’d like to change and what your options are. It isn’t a comprehensive dental examination, so it doesn’t include X-rays, a clean, or a diagnosis of decay or gum disease. If you’re due for a check-up as well, book one and we’ll do that properly.
05 | WHAT IT COVERS →
Any cosmetic treatment: veneers, composite bonding, clear aligners, teeth whitening, implants and smile design. If what you need is general or emergency dentistry, that’s a standard appointment rather than a complimentary consultation, and it’s priced in our guide.

IS IT REALLY FREE? WHAT'S THE CATCH?
It’s free, and there’s no catch. You aren’t charged for the consultation and you aren’t committed to anything at the end of it. We offer it because choosing cosmetic treatment is a decision worth making slowly, and that’s hard to do in a rushed appointment you’re paying for. If you go ahead, treatment is quoted and charged normally. If you don’t, you owe us nothing.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CONSULTATION?
We talk first: what’s bothering you, what you’d like to change, and what matters to you. Then we take a proper look at your smile, usually with photos so you can see what we’re seeing. We talk you through the options that would suit you, starting with the most conservative, and what each one costs.
You leave with a plan in writing and time to think about it. Nothing gets started on the day unless you’ve asked for it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Usually around 30 to 60 minutes depending on who you see. Some are shorter, and some run longer if there’s a lot to work through. We’d rather take the time than rush you out.
WHAT'S YOUR PRICING LIKE?
The consultation itself is complimentary. For everything beyond it, our full price and service guide sets out starting prices so you can get a sense of things before you come in. Anything we recommend is quoted before it happens, itemised with the item codes, so there’s nothing unexpected. Payment plans are available for larger treatment plans, interest-free or low-interest depending on the plan, with the total cost and the terms set out before you commit.
WILL I GET PRICING ON THE DAY?
Yes. You leave with itemised pricing in writing for whatever we’ve talked about, with the item codes included so you can check it against your health fund. If a plan has stages, you’ll see what each stage costs and what order we’d suggest doing it in. You won’t be asked to decide there and then.
CAN I BRING PHOTOS OF SMILES I LIKE? →
Please do. Photos are often much clearer than words for showing us what you’re drawn to, and they give us something concrete to talk about.
One honest thing worth saying: what suits someone else’s face and teeth won’t automatically suit yours, and a photo can’t tell us what’s achievable for your smile specifically. We’ll talk you through what would work for you and where your teeth would take things in a different direction.
